How can I pay my order?

You can use the main digital payment methods:

  • By credit card
  • By PayPal

You can select the method you prefer by ticking the corresponding box and entering all the required data.

When will I receive my order?

Your order will be delivered within 5 working days after its confirmation. *

In Europe the deliver will take a maximum of 10 working days.

 

*Delivery time depends on the destination area.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order until it is processed.

Are there any shipping costs?

If you choose delivery to a personal address, there are shipping costs, which depend on the destination area and the package weight. The specific amount will be displayed at the time of payment.

If you order via FERMO POINT at least 2 boxes of 8 cups each, there aren’t any shipping costs.

How can I track my order?

Tracking details will be provided by e-mail as soon as the order is shipped.

Can I make a return?

Yes, a return is possible within 14 days from the date of the receipt of the order.

The goods must be in new conditions with all the original labels and packaging intact.

The returning costs are borne by the customer, unless the return is due to our errors or a defective item.

Once we verify the conformity of the returned goods, we will either issue a refund or a voucher, depending on the client’s choice.

How can I make a return?

To require a return, you have to contact our customer service, providing the order number and a short description of the return’s reason.
