(EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) as well as pursuant to Legislative Decree 196/2003 as amended by Legislative Decree 101/2018 for the processing of data collected and provided online on the website instant.toscanita.com (through your access, registration, creation of an account, purchase).
We wish to inform you that in accordance with the legislation indicated, the processing of your personal data for the purposes specifically indicated below will be based on the principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency and protection of your privacy and your rights.

The data controller is “Toscanità s.r.l.” with registered office in via Pier Capponi n. 99, 50132 Firenze (FI), in the person of its legal representative pro tempore (hereinafter referred to as the “Data Controller”). The data you provide will be processed by: Sales Office, Communication Office, Administration Office, all internal to the Data Controller in the persons appointed as Data Processors and Persons in Charge, as well as by third party companies that provide technological services, also by means of the web, all as external Data Processors.

The personal data you provide online at instant.toscanita.it are processed by the Controller for the following purpose:
- To allow the Owner to keep you informed of the commercial, marketing and promotional initiatives of “Toscanità s.r.l.”.
For the aforementioned purpose, the legal basis of the processing which determines its lawfulness is your consent (Art. 6 letter a) RGPD).
To allow the Owner to create an account necessary for the purchase of Products, to carry out all the activities functional or even only useful to the completion of the purchase, payment, delivery, provision of assistance and/or warranty in relation to the purchased Product.
For the aforementioned purpose, the legal basis of the processing that determines its lawfulness is your consent (art. 6 letter b) RGPD).
During the registration and/or the creation of the account and/or the purchase made online on instant.toscanita.it the following data are collected: name and surname; address; telephone number; e-mail; and, more generally, any information that will allow the Owner, if provided, to satisfy the purposes pursued.
The personal data you provide will be processed in such a way as to guarantee their security and confidentiality, using suitable paper, IT and telematic tools and means, and always in compliance with the principles of the GDPR.
The Data Controller avails itself of the services rendered by leading companies in the sector entrusted with the development and maintenance of management software, WooCommerce, making use, where necessary, of the hosting and technological services of third party companies, all located in countries of the European Union or located in Italy.
The Data Controller declares that it does not transfer the Personal Data provided and collected to third countries outside the European Union or Italy.
We will only retain the personal data you provide for as long as it is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which we collected it. In determining the appropriate retention period, we consider the amount, nature and sensitivity of your personal information, the potential risk of harm from unauthorized use or disclosure of your personal information, the purposes for which we process your personal information and whether we can achieve those purposes through other means, and applicable legal requirements. We will also retain and use your personal information to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our policies. If you stop using our services or if you delete your account with us, we will delete your information or store your information in an aggregated and anonymous format.

The Data Controller does not adopt any automated decision-making process, including profiling as referred to in Article 22 of the GDPR.
