With boiling water: 1) Mix the dry product 2) Add boiling water up to the indicated line approx. 180 ml 3) Mix and cover 4) Wait 3 minutes 5) Mix again 6) Wait a few moments before consuming - Microwave: 1) Remove the top film and mix the dry product 2) Add cold water up to the visible line approx. 180 ml 3) Mix 4) Heat at 700 W (medium) for 3 minutes 5) Mix again 6) Wait a few moments before consuming
