1. Booking and Purchase

To purchase products from the e-shop, the Customer must access the dedicated section of the website. Each product for sale is accompanied by a photo, a description, and a price that varies depending on the destination country. Within the e-shop, individual products can be selected and booked by indicating the quantity and confirming the selection, including any variants if applicable. This adds the items to a virtual cart. The Customer may add, remove, or confirm all selected items at any time.

To confirm the order, the Customer may proceed as follows:

If already registered, by entering their email address and password;
If not yet registered, by completing the registration process and providing all required information;
Without registration, by providing the necessary details when requested in order to complete the purchase.

The purchase will be considered finalized for Calicantus S.r.l. only when the order is confirmed by them via email. Confirmation will be sent no later than 2 business days from receipt of the order. Calicantus S.r.l. reserves the right to reject the order if the information provided by the Customer is incorrect or misleading (e.g., invalid or insufficient payment details, incorrect billing details, or incomplete shipping address), or if there are errors on the Website regarding the ordered Products (e.g., price, availability, or description). The catalog information is as accurate and up-to-date as possible; however, all content on the Website is not to be considered as a binding representation or declaration of the Products. All images, descriptions, and illustrations are for indicative purposes only and, since colors depend on the monitor used, they may differ from the delivered Products.

2. Product Availability and Sale Price

Each item shows the unit sale price in the appropriate currency, including VAT and excluding shipping costs. Shipping charges may vary depending on the delivery method, quantity, volume, weight of the products, and destination, and will be clearly displayed during checkout and in the "Order Confirmation" document.

All products listed in the e-shop are available in stock. In the event of unforeseen delays or temporary unavailability of one or more products, the Customer will be promptly informed by email. Calicantus S.r.l. ships to all countries allowed at the time of registration. However, customs issues or political instability may prevent delivery. In such cases, the Customer will be promptly notified and refunded.

3. Payment Methods

Customers can use the following payment methods:

Credit cards from the following networks: VISA, MASTERCARD, VISA ELECTRON, and others available via PAYPAL;

4. Delivery of Goods and Shipping Costs

All products ordered by the Customer and confirmed by Calicantus S.r.l. will be shipped via Express Courier (domestic and international) to the address provided by the Customer. Shipping costs will be displayed during checkout and in the “Order Confirmation” document, based on the destination country. Indicatively, shipping costs vary by weight/volume and destination.

Toscanità S.r.l. and its eShop Partner Calicantus reserve the right to offer reduced or free shipping promotions, for both domestic and international orders, which will be announced on the website.

Products will be shipped only after payment has been received and confirmed by Calicantus S.r.l.
Indicative delivery times:

Italy: 1–3 business days from shipment
EU countries: 3–5 business days from shipment
Non-EU countries: 4–6 business days from shipment

Shipments are made from Monday to Friday. Any changes will be communicated to the Customer via email.

5. Import Taxes and Customs Duties

Products sold are not subject to import taxes or customs duties if sold and delivered within Italy or the European Union. For deliveries outside the EU, products may be subject to import taxes and/or customs duties depending on the product type and destination country. It is not possible to predict whether or which fees may apply.

All import taxes and/or customs duties are the sole responsibility of the Customer.

6. Right of Withdrawal

The Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase (Legislative Decree 206/2005) without providing any reason, within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the purchased items. The right of withdrawal can be communicated within the above deadline via the contact form.

Return shipping costs are borne exclusively by the Customer. To exercise the right of withdrawal, products must be returned intact, in their original packaging, in perfect condition, and only after agreement with Calicantus S.r.l. The return must be sent with insured prepaid shipping to:

Parcels sent with cash on delivery or postage due will not be accepted by Toscanità S.r.l.

Refunds for returned items will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods. Items that are incomplete, damaged, or soiled due to the Customer will not be refunded, and no credit will be issued.

If the return is due to an error by Calicantus S.r.l., the shipping costs will be covered by the seller. In all other cases, return costs are the Customer’s responsibility.
